Each time I go to one of there events there are new faces, new names- opportunities to meet people I did not know.  And each introduction has put me in touch with another interesting person, someone to talk to and enjoy the time getting to know them better.  These meeting also highlight the fact that there are tons of friendly, interesting people out there.  At times I struggle with whole process of introductions and small talk as you try to get to know someone.  The shared experiences of our youth, and all the other things we have in common as classmates makes these small events fun and interesting.

Enough of the editorial stuff... the food was great at Brennan's, the company was great, and we all drank responsibly.  It was announced that Kim Merrihew won the Clarence1973 Spring Golf Event.  Kim shot either an 80 or 90, For his efforts he got a pat on the back and I think someone bought him a beer.  Cancun seemed to be popular option for a Class Birthday Party next year... we'll see.  In the mean time, there will be a meeting in the coming weeks to start the planning.  I'll let you know as a point of contact is identified and the location and date firm up.
